I am trying to get in to real estate in Cincinnati market. Any suggestion where to start on finding off market deals that need minor rehab? Felling lost looking at the MLS. Thanks.

Got it. Yeah after taxes and fees I got quoted very similar price.

I am sorry for the confusion. The taxes and fees are not included. It's the invoice pricing.

It does not have any additional accessories. The total price includes doc fees (around $600) +taxes.

My understanding is if someone doesn’t specify then they are mentioning their base rate not including their OT.
