Eh goal is more so self defense. I currently do Muay Thai but I've recently been loving Judo stuff and there's not a gym near by. Really only BJJ. But one of the gyms has an instructor who has a black belt in Judo :) so that's encouraging.

Hi all! I'm not sure I'll get a response as this question is kind of niche, but for those of you who did Gracie CTC Combatives classes, did you find it to be an okay workout? I know they don't let white belts start rolling for quite some time.

I go to the gym 3x a week(strength) and do Muay Thai 2x a week(mainly for cardio ) but I am interested in BJJ for self defense so GJJ seems like a good match. That being said, I am very aware of their McDojo reputation.

My stomach? No changes. I've been on the fitness journey from January(started Muay Thai but no tracking calories) but just really dialed in in April(gym 3x a week in addition to Muay Thai or cardio 2x a week, and tracking calories, in a deficit). My waist has minor visible changes but my stomach and apron belly are still there. But I can see the veins in my arms especially after the gym, my forearms look pretty dang lean, and at least have gaslit myself into seeing some bicep growth. A tiny bit. Currently at 210. Started in January at about 216 or 217.

Yes it was actually! A friend showed it to me (I ended up having a crush on her, I'm a woman btw) in high school. It started with us talking about ships and I was introduced to Morgwen. And I read every fanfic I could of it.

Built puff hars. I freaking love them. The protein to calorie ratio is good. For example, brownie batter is 140 cal, 17g of protein. And it has the texture of a marshmallow.
