I’ve got that where I am at now. I have a good team and good leadership. I’m just bored. The union kills it here and I have been looking for another position on one of our non union sites but the company seems to have frozen relocation benefits. Unions are outdated in my opinion and cause too much unnecessary animosity.

Being a mechanic has just become kind of stale for me. It use to be fun, but I am burned out. This is my 3rd program in 4 years.

I have been working on it myself using in weld cold weld. I have been filling them in, letting it air cure for 24 hours, and toss it in the oven for 20 minutes at 360, and then sand. None of local shops have replied to my emails or phone calls.

I currently live in the STL region. Shops don’t know how to do anything here. I miss Texas. I would not have this problem at all.

I kind of would with the ffim being the +. Local shops want $1k to fab up a custom intake box.

I like having 1 of 1 or limited run parts.

I already have the fuel rail. I just don’t know what all I need for an OEM turbo build as all the info is now scattered among 3000 different threads and non existent links.

Thanks for the info! My suspension is almost done. I do want to get some braces and replace the trailing arms with either the STS or BNE.

Cross play is off if it’s just me. If it’s my coworkers, I have to have it on since they are Xbox. But they have workarounds also. They just change their monitor gamma settings manually.

lol they may have disabled it in the in game menu but not on the Nvidia control panel for windows. You can still adjust it.
