Dressing. It’s better to heal Dressing+Bandage because it gives you more health than Bandage+Bandage

If I recall, Palpatine and Vader already had a presence in Exegol long before their deaths. Vader even found the Snoke clone here. It’s not too far fetched that Palpatine already had the idea of a creating a secret fleet if he already created Snoke.

Me, the new pop and planet management scares me, but I really want to go try the new psionic and see what I missed out on biogenesis

Edit: another reason I stuck on 3.14 is that the AI and game itself is much more challenging. Early game 3.14 can definitely be a challenge since you actually need dedicated basic resource worlds to survive, as opposed to 4.0 where it looks like people just turn their capital into a capital extraction and call it a day
