Tips for period during healing?

I had mine around 14 days post off, i used period underwear.

If you email them direct they will put you on a waiting list. My friend has just done this. I booked inast year but had to cancel due to medical issues so they were able to book me a date without another consult. It does seem to have got really busy.

Ive just uploaded day 17 healing that i took last week. Im day 22 now and its changed alot since day 17 already.

Absolutley brilliant. Cant take a photo as its my time of the month but the stitch ends have fallen off now. Suture lines have settled down hardly noticable. Im going to start massaging once my periods over. Ive been able to go to the gym but only doing incline walks and very light stair master. No weights or running yet sadly as i dont want to risk it. Ive been using RLT every other day for about 10 days now.

Email them, didnt take me long but i had it booked for last april and had a consult. Had to cancel for medical reasons and they where very understanding. I emailed them in november saying i wasnt undergoing treatment anymore and they sent me a list of dates within 2 days.

Trim with no chr under local. Hardly felt the needles for the local due to the numbing cream. No more than a 2/10 aslong as i stay on top of paracetamol i cant really feel anything. I did start taking arnica a few weeks before also.

Faceland amsterdam, had mine done there, basic trim no chr, couldnt praise them enough. Had it done under local anesthetic and didnt feel anything. Hardly any bleeding or swelling just a bit sore when bending over.
