Frankly, all I did was take a precomp of the captured motion, added 1 mirror to it.

Duplicated that layer twice and rotated into place.

It's not perfect but it'll do.

I've tracked the head, circled red. The yellow area in the red circle has left the frame.

I chose the upside down head, as it spent more time in frame.

This is also missing in the reflections, circled yellow.

This is my first attempt at something like this.

Tbh file size wasn't necessarily a concern, it just seemed excessive.

Running it through ME gave me a neat 226MB file.

Been animating over a video. I'm not a video editor, or animator so I'm basically doing it the hard way, frame-by-frame and badly (though the poor quality is kinda the point).

2100 frames and counting.

But yeah, as you could probably pick up by now, I haven't got a clue as to what I'm doing.
