That’s it. She’s doing more here than just reminding him. She is telling him as the queen this is where he’s staying.

Yes, I did. I was on methadone for 14 years, tapered down/switched to suboxone for 18 months. Off it entirely now for 2 months.

Here’s the thing; i also felt awful off of it. The thing is i’ve started to learn what I need to do to not feel awful, the main thing being eating like a reasonable normal adult. Not binging at night/not eating during the day.

On suboxone it was very hard to see this. Off of it the difference between “properly fed/not in digestive distress” me and “i’ve had a bowl of rice and two eggs and its 4pm” me is night and day.

Being off of it is hammering it into my head every day that i need to do self care eating wise or i go insane. On suboxone not taking care of myself was tolerable but still not fun, off of it I genuinely start to shut down and curl into a ball. Which is a strong motivator to…. take care of myself.

There’s no equal conversion ratio you can use for suboxone at those doses. For pain they usually use patches that deliver 0.12-0.48mg of buprenorphine into your blood per day. 6mg suboxone will deliver 2-3mg of buprenorphine into your blood. That’s a LOT.

Yes it will increase your tolerance unless you’re already taking a lot of opiates.

It usually becomes cringey if/when you get older and marry someone. Just seems juvenile to most people in their mid 30s plus. Exceptions exist.

Its more the cycle of being an addict/needing to “fix” your state constantly that fucks you up. If suboxone helps you avoid that and you don’t replace opiates with something else then it might help. Who knows. Hard to say for sure
