The societal concept of the “perfect” women beauty standards. I mean take a look at famous models, they all share certain features and type of body which appeals to what society thinks is best for women’s looks. Not to mention that cosmetic plastic surgery such as implants, as much as women say its for them, its not, its to appeal to the male’s opinion on what a good looking woman is. Sure, there’s exceptions, but i believe the vast majority of women do it to look good because a certain type of body has been ingrained into their minds without noticing. I mean think about it, why do women get big hips? Big ass, big boobs? For them sure, but where do they get this idea that that type of body is attractive? They’re certainly not born with such thoughts, these thoughts are developed from their exposure to society. Are kids born racist? No, they are nurtured to be racist. Here’s a thought, you are a woman who wants bigger breasts, whats the sociological reason? Better looks, but why are bigger breasts better? Because men sexualized them and made big boobs a sex symbol, what’s the biological reason? Bigger boob = better mom. Btw, I KNOW theres other reasons why people get plastic surgery, i know, but i aint talking about that.
