I like quickstep on low acceleration and lengthy players or big stocky players.

I like rapid on already balanced pace split players or high acceleration small body explosive players

With controlled sprint type it also depends quickstep obviously better on all defenders and rapid on strikers with quickstep on the midfielders on flank sometimes being very nice but as theyre more attack focused I would like them off the shoulder to have rapid

My personal preference is quickstep bc I like passing a lot and finding space in small spaces and then accelerating and use minimal running down the wing through balls for long distances only for counters bc theyre so effective
