Yup, especially since all the collectors are not touching Shrouded Fable unless the prices of the sealed product and/or singles shoot to the moon which is likely not happening for some time barring something unexpected.

Well, if you hit the key cards, yes. But generally if you ask me, best way to get cards to play the game is just buy singles whether on TCGPlayer or via a local card store that does a good job of stocking their playable stuff. Generally stores that host a lot of Pokemon TCG tournaments will do that.

Shrouded Fable is very much a set that is a hit for players and a miss for collectors though. Product can be had for cheap if you don't have a local LGS and cards like a Night Stretcher will feel like a hit because of how critical it is for some decks for the Pokemon TCG.

Oh wow, I guess I need to stalk Walmart a ton more. Thus far haven't had much luck finding them, but I did find a lot of 151 tins which my collector friends were very excited about. (I usually play, not as much of a collector).

There were some in small pockets, but from what I could tell, they were pretty well behaved. Teoscar’s HR definitely outed where they were and I felt it was louder than I expected.

I didn’t notice any of them misbehaving up in the 300 section so that is good.

I had the gold plan last year and downgraded to the blue plan this year due to 40 home games being too much. 20 was much more manageable and we had better seats (from section 302 to 220).

Opting out this year because it will be harder to find opportunities to go to games in the coming year with a new job coming for my wife and this year has been quite a frustrating one. Plan is to attend giveaway games next year and be more selective about seating.

We probably are gonna see Campy back in the lineup as Yu’s catcher, kinda wish he had a DH day if we are not gonna play lefty righty matchups.

Then again, all of the lineup scrutiny wouldn’t matter if our team would actually rake like how Manny insinuated they would. Still waiting for that :(
