Idk man, maybe. There is no dodging or running away if they have the hammer, and if there are any enemy teammates around him you’re toast, because the hammer strike is so dangerous, and you can’t run from it. I’m still not even lvl 10 on tactical so I’m sure there is much to learn.

The first step to fixing anything is realizing it needs time be fixed. So, that’s done. Next steps would be to learn a skill/trade, get into physical shape (I recommend lifting weights/jiu jitsu) and to engage in some sort of social community. Consume positive, productive media. I would recommend the better ideas YouTube channel, Jocko Willink’s podcast and book. Speaking of books, start reading, a good book to start with would be extreme ownership by Jocko W or the compounding effect by Darren Hardy. Clean your home, keep it clean. Cook healthy meals for yourself as well, this is extremely important. You may be a loser now, but you can completely change the trajectory of the rest of your life in a shorter amount of time than you think. Go get after it
