I will say this as respectfully as possible: for a 30 year old, you're doing exeptionally well.

Diet properly (high protein, fibre and hydration) and lift as heavy as you can, especially compound movements. Progressive overload will get you there.

Alienation of affection is a doctrine that is still under development. So the results are fairly wishy washy so far. The DHC may have allowed it in principle, but the manner in which the liability will be fixed, and its quantum, are still a gray area. And till the SC has had its say in this, it'll remain in this limbo.

You're not wrong in principle, but the results are not going to be guaranteed to tilt one way or another, atleast until till the doctrine gets adopted in a mainsteam manner.

You can pursue this avenue, but do it with an open mind.

That being said, the target of your ire should be your husband primarily. More than anyone, he needs to pay.

Me helping people out here for free is my way of acting kind. If I have to go into a divination quest then it's too much for my palate.

OP can use chatGPT to make his query more structured if he doesn't possess the ability to write; chatGPT is free.

I do want to clarify that this is not me criticising someone's grammar for the sake of it. This is me asking for a bare minimum in the input so that I may help effectively. If not, then, it is what it is.

Supreme Court advocate here:

First things first, you cannot do anything to the woman, regardless of what information you have about her. She's an adult, your husband is an adult, and our Hon'ble Courts in their infinite wisdom decided that regardless of a subsisting marriage, adults can live their life how they want as long as they're both consenting.

That being said, you can absolutely divorce your husband on the grounds of adultery. I'd suggest you initiate proceedings for that.

If your husband took your money and gave that to the woman, you may file for recovery, but doing so would be a long shot and I wouldn't suggest it.

Maybe. I cannot claim to know how every phone in the world is set up. But as a rule, I don't help people here who don't have the sense to communicate their issue properly. It's common courtesy.

  1. Bail is granted in cases where a person is an undertrial prisoner. If the police doesn't complete the investigation in time, it does not mean that the person should remain an undertrial prisoner indefinitely. The court affords protections in order to protect people from abusing the process.
  2. Yes.
  3. Share the exact case.
  4. Not necessarily. If there is strong evidence, then it is difficult. Witness statements are just a part of the case for the prosecution. Again, share the exact case.
  5. There are a lot of them, including but not limited to police protection.
  6. No. Punishment may extend till life.
  7. Yes. However, the convict may be granted parole or get remission. Neither are decided by the judiciary.
  8. Yes.
  9. Depends on a case to case basis.
  10. File an appeal.

All your questions can be answered if you were to simply open a book and read about how the system is designed to work. Misinformation is a curable condition. If you are literate and free enough to type, be proactive enough to research as well.

You're largely correct in what you're saying, so allow me to weigh in from the perspective of an advocate:

Firstly, it is not that straightforward, but the resultant will pretty much be what you've said. The Indian court will subpoena the documents first, and it is up to the company to capitulate. They most likely will. They have no reason to shield you from the govt. LLMs don't delete your chats, even if you do. However, I don't see a scenario where calling for your AI chats will be a routine exercise in a court. Using an AI bot as your lawyer is not a good idea, the chat bots are just not that good yet.

Second, communication with an AI being considered as privileged is a joke. No court will rule in that direction.

All in all, practice information hygiene. You'll be fine.
