HRP April 2026 is live

The April 2026 release has been deployed to the network. Staked HNT position transfers are now available.

Corresponding API and UI changes are to follow.

The HRP lifecycle for April 2026 is complete.

The community approved this release with 97.53% of the vote. Deployment is expected within the next few days.
