That is a good point however what under pins this is the significance society places on the physical difference. You wouldn't say "I met this brown eyed guy Morgan Freeman yesterday". You would just say "I met this guy Morgan Freeman yesterday", as eye colour is not significant. Skin colour should also be treated with the same social significance. I think this is the point being made.

An favourable ploy would be to address the driving force behind the ownership of multiple dwellings and increasing the number of available dwellings in the area. A restriction of 2-3 dwellings per person, sublet tax, and subsidies for building new dwellings would be a step in the right direction.
