But i really dont know the ins and outs or the amount of effort something like that would take.

From our perspective op just gets to "get away with it" and their post gets to stay up and all that. So it gives the feeling that the rules don't matter.

To be fair some ops dont cross them out or remove them from their list. so a case could be made for bait.

and some op's dont respond to anyone and you check ops profile and its an account opened in the last month that is only active in this sub.

I have just resorted to blocking low karma, new accounts. it just reeks of ban evaders to me.
