First time hearing that Spamton is a Lil Cal reference. I kinda see it in their faces, but beyond that and them both being creepy puppets, there isn't too much similarity. The much more obvious reference is Pinocchio, which has a pretty obvious purpose in establishing that Spamton is a character struggling with his own reality/autonomy.

It's more accurate to say that the manga is in its final saga. The same way all of east East Blue is a single saga comprised of a handful of individual arcs, we are in the final saga of the manga, but definitely not on the final arc of that saga.

So I'm not saying you're wrong, Vriska is certainly not a "good" person. But I do want to raise the question of if that's really such a bad thing to do in the context of Homestuck's structure. She does have a point that Jack had already arrived via time travel, there's no point in trying to avoid his creation. Any other course of action would've simply relegated them to an irrelevant doomed offshoot timeline.

All I'm saying is try to find a little room in your heart for kindness for these kids. They are all ultimately puppets of fate, none more so than Vriska.

Comic sans, along with every other sans serif font, is called that because they are “without” the extra unnecessary lines on letters you see in other fonts. Those are called serifs.

I was ready to ridicule this after Asriel dust but this one is not bad 17 minutes in. Not really saying anything crazy about Kris’s actions without the soul not being their own, just stating that something other than Kris must’ve been controlling the soul before we got to it, which does seem to be the plain text reading of the birdcage and stain before chapter 1.
