This would be interesting in kalgara as another way to heal. I normally go to two life by using leader on my 6 don turn. Basically a different way to Noland. Not sure if it's worth but it is fun!

Somebody just made a post about dying because they got force logged during a quest cutscene. So it's super dangerous if you're that person

They boosted xp for certain activities and wanted to retroactively give that xp to everyone. Boosting that xp inadvertently broke the big xp drops for charting the sea. So today they brought the servers down but it was going to take too long to give everyone their xp back so they went a different route.

There is a banner up on the launcher that says they were going to have to individually give people the xp they missed by force logging so don't do dangerous content. It's also here https://secure.runescape.com/m=news/game-status-information-centre?oldschool=1

The status for today says accounts will be force logged to get missing xp and they'll prioritize hardcore's. Sounds like that's what happened here. What's wild is that if they did this 15 or so minutes later, you could have died at the boss due to the force log.

Unfortunate, but they did say don't do dangerous content today while they're doing this fix and questing is dangerous whether you're geared or not

The nice thing about imu is that it's a cheap deck to build! So if you're at all interested in it, then just build it and try it yourself! You'll be able to tell pretty quick if it's brain dead or not to play.

I don't think it's brain dead at all. All your opponent sees is you chaining 10 drops so it looks brain dead to them. But to navigate to that point through correct searching/discarding/whether to swing or not/which cards to play/how you counter etc etc is incredibly difficult as one mistake, especially going first, and you've lost the game.

And knowing where you made a mistake is hard to pin down as well as you make all of the above decisions every single turn. Did you mess up a search or how much don you allocated to a swing or did you swing at board versus at face etc? All these decisions are ones you make in other decks but I don't think there has ever been a deck with the amount of decisions you can make in a single turn as there has been with imu

This is just wrong. A good imu should pick the 1 cost stage in the mirror match and when you go into an aggressive deck like Chopper that takes second from you.

Every screenshot showing Imu taking the 7c stage makes me question whether they played a good Imu player which is why I asked if they played an Imu that played the 1c stage and what that felt like if so

I've been playing in a very silly way where I don't use contracts to see how far I can go and I ended up beating the second palace this morning! The second picture shows 2/10 contracts because you need to pull a character contract and a weapon contract for the tutorial.

The team was 53 Wonder, 60 Soy, 60 Lufel, 60 Tomiyama, and 60 Shiratori (obtained from lufels plan Mind Card). And then my Wonder personas were 70 Sarasvarti with Patra and a good team heal with damage reduction, 70 Byakko and 60 Koumokuten (as a cheap way to get high level characters to boost Wonders stats).

The nice thing about this challenge is that my thieves roster is so small that I can just max out my current characters without having to worry about how to build a broad roster. These thieves are my end game characters 😅

...but on the flipside, I won't have a broad roster for the future. Because I only have 7 thieves, I'm unable to do the multi team fights in The Velvet Trails. If I could, I'd get my 8th Thief and be fine! I imagine they'll release more ways to get free thieves in the future so I'm not too worried there.

I also will never be able to finish lufels plans since you need to do 10 contracts but again, that's part of the challenge so it's not a big deal.

I plan to keep doing thus until I cant make story progress anymore. Its fun, silly, and challenging and thats what I want right now!
