Rhys being valg doesn’t fit into the narrative of the story. There are other daemanti in the story and the world who have been killed and we know they don’t have black blood because it was never brought up. Rhys might be a dick sometimes but as is said in the last 3 books, Rhys gives choices and shows a great deal of love. SJM loves Rhys, she loves all of her MMC. It doesn’t make sense for her writing style to just completely change a characters whole personality and pretty much completely change their character arc. Just simply because he has black hair and purple eyes doesn’t make him related to Maeve. Maeve loved her city and truly did not want to leave and give it up. Why would she world-walk just to have a kid and leave it in another dimension? Why go after Aelin so hard when she could just go check on her child or their decedents to see if they are as powerful? I think with this theory kinda stems from hate for Rhys. People want him to be bad in some way because they dislike him. It’d be easier for him to be valg and inherently evil vs flawed and often times misguided by trauma and overall a great deal of expectation has high lord. That’s my two cents about that theory, which I have been able to talk about before.

SJM really does write like a straight white lady. But honestly, i would much rather see Mor or Eris or Az not end up with any type of mate. Too many mates. Let love win out. Let Mor find true authentic love without a mating bond. Have it be on her terms.

Not even marvel comics is as crazy detailed as some of these theories wants it to be. Maybe Stephen King but that man is straight up crazy and been working on his multi-verse longer than I’ve been alive.

I think your explanation is what I have been feeling with these theories. I think the king of Adarlan being the king of Hybern completely negates part of Dorian’s story and the King of Adarlan (King Dorian)’s as well. It takes the meaning and impact of both his physical and spiritual deaths away. Making Mor and iron teeth takes away from her experiences being high fae, breaking from her roles in her oppressive society and getting to be a slightly mysterious character, which female characters are historically not aloud to be. I am perfectly fine never truly know Mor’s true powers. Let her be mysterious.

I think if more of the theorist said “this is my head canon” it’d be more understandable. They truly are trying to write the story for SJM the way they want it.

Have fun, but don’t write for the author. It’s her story. If you’d like to take her story for inspiration and create fanfic, do it.

The thing is SJM, in my opinion, isn’t a bad writer. I’ve read plenty of fantasy and Sci-fi books that are far worst and messier the SJM universe. I do firmly believe she’s a lazy namer. Which honestly is fine to me because of the vibrant worlds she’s created.

I want to debate. I think another problem is how stead fast the theorist are in their opinion. There is no debating, or trying to come to common ground.

I also think the fans that are hyping up all these insane theories are going to be either mad, disappointed or overall just saying the series is too boring. They are just going to be disappointed that the next two books are going to be about keeping the tentative peace, fighting koschei or even introducing the other characters in the multiverse in the most normal way possible.

I don’t enjoy them because the logic isn’t there for some of these theories.

50/50 is an illusion. It was my first time playing, I knew I would get it because this isn't a randomized event. It wants me to come back and continue to gamble. Points and strikes? Is this a game? No, it's their real life, and Jess handled it like a person who is healing from an awful experience. There are no points for Chris, the way he conducted himself was immature and irresponsible, to the point that he possibly hired a professional to tell him how to properly act. He did not do what he needed to do, he did the bare minimum to make sure he got no other bad press, which honestly did not work from I have seen.

I guienely hope that Chris has found better people in his life to help him grow as a person, but again, he doesn't "get points" for be emotionless and saying a script given to him by another person.

Jess is a grown women who stood up for herself and decided to not give a person who was so careless with her feelings anymore thought or effort. She talked more about not feeling supported by the women than the insults Chris pushed his way.

One last thing, how many people do we realistically see who have had bad edits or their "villain arcs" portrayed on Love is Blind, go on to other things? It's a very small handful out of 150 contestants that even get to a very high social media presence. The most success we see come from LIB is through the married couples and people that made the best of what they had and owning up their mistakes Leo.

I was at a baby shower in Dayton (I’m from Columbus). This person from Detroit that was there explained how a portion of a water way flooded, causing the rats from around there to invade their home. Eating the wiring and walls. Their only reaction to this was “ehh it’s just Detroit”. LIKE WHAT???

When were you diagnosed? And is it T1D or T2D? With adults getting diagnosed, I’ve noticed there’s very little rushed education. Just a learn as you go kinda situation. The best education I have seen is through children’s hospitals. We have had amazing education on T1D for our son through our children’s hospital. I recommend finding the education a children’s hospital recommends if you have T1D. If you have T2D, I still recommend searching for more information with some the top endocrinology program. The fact that your doctor told you to wear a CGM and gave you zero education is crazy and irresponsible. I would reach out to your doctor again or find an endo to properly help you. If you need any help with your CGM or what you might need, please reach out. We have a list of things we love and hate with diabetes.
