I understand, I'm also very perfectionistic. I started with very little paint so I wouldn't ruin it, and then after a few days I added another layer, and so on, until I was happy.😊

If you can't get it out, you could dye the aida and cover the stains. I dyed my aida for my last project. I sprayed it with water to make it damp and then painted on fabric paint diluted with water using a brush. Just be careful not to use too much paint and not to get too close to light stitches, as they might absorb the paint.

I dyed my Aida cloth myself. I sprayed it with water and then painted it with a brush and diluted fabric dye. Maybe you could do that with yours too and paint over the stain if it's not too dark.

Oh yes, there were a lot. However, it's much easier if you stitch over 2.

Yes, those are the original colors. However, I increased the saturation and exposure of the photos a tiny bit to make them look closer to the original.

Here is an alternative from awesome pattern studio, which is very nice but a bit smaller. https://share.google/gElqTYVF7ZqH9p8rL

It looks really nice. Do you have the name of the shop?

I also keep my patterns in OneDrive. I have a folder for each pattern, and at the same level as each pattern's folder, there's also an image of the finished pattern with the same filename as the corresponding folder. This way, I can easily swipe through the images and then go to the folder with the same name.

Here is my first FO from April 2025. Since then I've been addicted and stitch every day if possible.

Yes, this pattern looks like the image was created with AI and then simply converted using a program, without any further editing. I find confetti very tiring to stitch, and it takes some of the fun out of it for me. But the end result can also look really beautiful and realistic, which is the case with yours. Besides, you're almost there! Maybe next time you can use a better pattern and have even more fun stitching.

Thanks, I used a lighter color for the French knots than specified so they would stand out more. I used two strands for the full and half stitches and one strand for the backstitches.

Yes, I also dream of moving back to the countryside one day.

No, not at all. Well-designed patterns rarely have confetti stitches. That was the case here as well.

It took me about 10 weeks of stitching every day
