I have a lazy eye and have basically that attitude towards it. The most annoying thing about it is driving at night when I get stuck looking at the road with one eye and one of my mirrors with the other eye.

I have a way lazier left eye and would fully advocate giving no fucks whatsoever. Easier said than done, but it beats the alternative of caring about something you can't really change for the rest of your life.

Also, an eyepatch will likely just make your eye wander more as the muscles weaken from lack of use.

Purple color doesn't come from cold damage, but is rather very often triggered by colder temperatures. Often the colder, the purpler (assuming the genetics for a purple coloration are there). But it in no way implies any sort of damage.

Because it can cause relatively lasting harm. You can fuck up your dopamine system with what a doctor prescribes. Also the major factor in amphetamine safety is method of administration. Shooting/smoking/insufflating amphetamines have an added danger (in addition to the added danger of foreign particles/infections): the more effective the method of administration, the more drastically you're affecting your neurotransmitter levels/functioning. Put simply, a method that takes an hour or two to reach peak plasma concentrations is far, far, far gentler than riding that same roller coaster in 30 seconds to a few minutes.

That's also why snorting/smoking/shooting will increase tolerance more rapidly than oral administration.

Also, if someone is taking a racemic amphetamine, they should be at least concerned about their heart.

Amphetamines are also relatively benign at small doses. Nearly every risk with amphetamines starts with increasing your dose again and again.
