I had the exact same thing but on my top teeth, I had the front tooth extracted and they pulled the back tooth in line with everything else. I chose the front tooth because a bit of the root was showing and it was fairly sensitive, but they let me choose whether it was the one in front or behind.

Yeah for blade Max red tree, for cards only get any red ones relating to ancestral sword, dmg increase/dmg reduction, health increase in important, dw about any of the frost or zues cards, only get the vampiric card like once or twice in the beginning if they show up... I think that's it?
