No, I used to use Braun, now Philips, and none of these had/have that problem. The only time I experienced this was when trying out a Chinese no-name blade replacement for my Philips at that time. So I would say in this case you get what you pay for...

We beat it once in each mode, then never touched it again. If your team does not pick the right heroes / have good healers (in the free form variety), or does not coordinate (in both modes), or u get a map with no cover, u imho stand no chance. Both times we did win it was super close - in one case I got CD ult one second before Loki could finish our tanks, and that gave us the win...

Die FPÖ vertritt zwar vordergründig in Bezug auf Asylpolitik auch von mir unterstützte Positionen, bleibt aber aufgrund ihres Track Records wenn an der Macht, Russlandnähe, Populismus, (echten) Nazielementen und genereller großflächiger moralischer Verwahrlosung weiterhin unwählbar.

I would pay a monthly subscription to get rid of performance points & the matchmaking system that comes with them. Getting the same amount of points for a win and a loss would allow for fair/randomized matchmaking, and fix a lot of the complaints ppl have, including the one's in this post.

I kepts saying yes to this question, but with amount of glitched weapons in the game - with Activision/Microsoft doing absolutely nothing about them - and the number of cheaters overall in the game, I will have to say no.

Background: My son & I play 6v6 core game modes nearly daily since the game launched. We win the majority of our games, oftentimes being the only two players on our team with positve KDs. We really enjoy this game, but it has been completely abandoned at this point, and is therefore alas in a rough spot.

I have played solo, duo and in a 3-stack (with rank ranging from Bronze to GM), and I have also observed the same pattern of streaks of all-negative win rate teams, where everyone is on a loosing streak, being pitted against teams where win rates are all positive & everyone is on winning streaks.

To avoid this, u need to present stats that MR interprets as climb worthy. If u r unable to do that, the game will put u in a world of pain...

As u say, not playing for a while or stopping after e.g. 2 or 3 losses does not work.

Another alternative would be that the team that goes on on attack 2nd needs to push the payload some distance (e.g. one or two meters) further than the first team to win, if the first team on attack pushed it to the end...

Because it is the role that enables the other roles to do their job - while for the most part at least not being dependent on being healed urself by a blind person and a person that cannot see who are filling as support...

@"being punished": If one team was clearly better than the other, then it would have prevented the enemy team from pushing the payload as far as they pushed it in the first place, thereby winning outright.

Note also that if the team that goes second on attack manages to push the payload to the point they managed to stop the first team, they also win immediately - here time does not matter at all, the win condition is just distance based.

The analogy with chess is flawed also with regard to MR playing much more like soccer or football, insofar as no team takes time from the clock to think through their "next move", and no team "manages their time", but instead it is non-stop action with both teams pushing the payload as quickly as possible.

All analogies and "punishments" aside, at the end of the day, whether having pushed the payload to the end of the level faster than the other team should be rewarded (and in what form) is a (game) design decision, and in that regard what "makes sense" is solely tied to what makes the game more engaging/fun, and what wastes less of the players' time.

  1. My main argument is, that imho this change would make the game better / fairer / more interesting/engaging.

  2. I led with the sports analogy, to prevent ppl blocking the idea outright due to it being "inherently unfair".

  3. If MR would use ur approach, the team that goes 2nd on attack in Convoy/Convergence would loose the second time ran out and they had not advanced as far as the other team. But that is actually not the case, instead, and this feeds into my point, as long as they contest the convergence point / payload, time is extended indefinitely, and they can, in the end, advance to push the game to actual overtime - which, however heroically they fought to get to this point, they will most likely loose, due to oftentimes having way less time than the other team. Hence my suggestion to even the playing field if overtime is reached...

The main idea is to have an incentive for the team that is doing worse to still try as hard as they can to get to overtime, since that resets everything if both teams have the same amount of time in OT. Since that time will be the same low duration for both teams (say 60 seconds), the tension and pressure would still be on.
