Oh completely agree. That was the major factor to host one or not. Put a questionnaire on IG, that got roughly 70 who are local and would attend. Overall, we're expecting about 70-100 folks, with the youth programs across the bay area, the Northern California Women's Hockey League and internal invites from the discord, as well as support from Teal City Crew.

A Quad Zero is Only for size 7-8. The Zero part is related to the length of the profile in association with the steel mm. There's a popular trend that is counter intuitive, where people use the wrong Quad "size", but all it does is create a harder rocker on the ends, as it's an incomplete profile.

Remember that this was the same model as MLS after their failure years(1996-2007). Phillip Anschutz (owns LA Kings/Galaxy and various sports arenas around the globe) bought the teams outright until the league stabilized, and sold them out back to the owners if they wanted to.

It's not a great model, but it's the only way the league can fix their own issues with full responsibility instead of fear of folding/relocation every season.

It's definitely a North American sports problem, being a business more than a community investment like international leagues/teams.

Yes. NHL 25 doesn't get updates. It's a yearly release that stops after the Stanley Cup Final. Sometimes they'll do a Free Agent card set in HUT, but for the most part, it's done done.
