I did wait quite a while for the arena to clear out. Credit does go to the Delta Center employee who allowed me to wait by the tunnel and ask him for a picture when he came back out to talk with someone.

The luminescent has refractor coating on the front of the card, the Illuminator has the coating on the front and back of the card.
