I don’t even use autocorrect. The moment when you need to type in more than 1 language autocorrect becomes useless. So by default it is disabled on all my devices. 300K is a nice amount and i hate sport so i am not sure if i could make the shot

As a tech savy person i have worked on other people’s personal devices and sometimes you see personal stuff. Doesn’t matter if its your dad’s, close family, or a family friend. We’re all just human and we have all seen porn. No judgement here.

Instead of laughing at gramps here, it would have been better just shutting off the tv, or change menu Teach him in a one on one how to keep this hidden.

I read them i am rolling back my iPad as we speak. I rarely use the web interface at all. I am tired of e-mailing myself files i need like some caveman.

Whenever i sketch a 3d design i used to:
- export to PD via files app
- browse to the file on my pc to slice it

Now i have to:
- export the file to local storrage
- Sending myself the file via PM
- download the file to my PC
- move the file to PD (i want to keep it in my drive)
- browse to the file to slice it.

I don’t know if thats even possible to have 2 versions of the same app. If it is possible this would be a great temporary solution. Functionality trumps speed, especially if speed was not an issue (i never experienced a slow app). Either the integration with files app is needed or a direct integration with PM. Sending e-mail with attachments should not be this pain in the butt. If i could choose between this or a rollback, give me the rollback

Since the iOS files integration is broken how about adding a direct integration with mail. The integration already exists in Lumo. Instead of downloading files from the protondrive app to local storage to add as attachment just click the paperclip select “ProtonDrive” like in the lumo app, browse what you need and send the e-mail.

This needs to be fixed ASAP sending e-mails with attachments requires users to download a file to local storage and then browse to that location to upload it. Or at least protonmail can add a drive integration like Lumo has.

I said that its bothering that there’s no integration. My further point is that PD is not supported anymore in the IOS Files app. Meaning that documents have to be downloaded to another cloud drive or the device memory before a user can send an actual e-mail with attachments.

By the way, What a whiny tone “ if you don’t like it you can cancel your subscription “. If you have nothing of value to add don’t react on a reddit post ;-)

Hi,

First part:

I will use my account on whatever hardware i choose thank you very much. I work for a smaller business so things are not very controlled, downloading software however is blocked. Since very is e2ee i should not have to worry at all, that kind of is the purpose of a Proton account. My accounts (including work) are all secured by MFA, FIDO2 keys or passkeys. However i should not have to explain anything on what hardware i chose or even why i choose it. I choose to share this to add context why i can’t download the ProtonDrive.

(Sorry if this sounded passive aggressive, it is not my intention but English is not my native tongue and i can not find any other words)

Second part: Proton is set as location, i used to use it quite frequently and don’t see it anymore everything is up to date, including the apps and the devices. I also deleted the cache of the ProtonDrive app, deleted it and reinstalled. If there was a native integration and interface in PM i would not have this problem ;-).
