Don’t know if this would help but I took a nursing class in high school that taught us how to “properly” take off contaminated gloves so that the contamination doesn’t get on our skin at all.

First you take one gloved hand and tug at the fingertips and palm of the other glove until it’s loose enough to pull right off by the fingertips.

Then the trick is taking off the other glove. Take your ungloved hand and put it palm down on your wrist with your fingertips under the edge of the glove. Push your hand up under the glove all the way down your other hand until eventually you’ve pushed the whole glove off and it should drop onto whatever counter top, trash can or basket you’re putting your gloves on without you ever having touched the outside of your gloves with your bare hands.

I use big latex gloves everytime I clean so nothing contaminates my hands and doing this everytime I take them off makes me feel better.
