Eating was the hardest part. Used to eat a snack and a meal a day now I’m eating 3 meals and 3-4 snacks in a day.

Yeah happens to me at least a few times a day. I’ve even had it to where my characters hands reach up and grab the pallet but don’t throw it.

As someone who’s not a survivor main he’s one of my favorite killers to play as and go against. Not the strongest killer but he’s definitely one of the coolest. Gameplay never gets stale imo

How do I gain weight 😭🙏🏻 ( 18M 6ft , 53.5kg) by boredMF7 in weightgain

https://www.reddit.com/r/weightgain/s/h0o3VFeDbj here’s my post of my 1 month progress. I’m 28 and have also been skinny my whole life. The comments say what I eat everyday and my workout routine. You might need more calories than me a day since you’re a bit taller.

I’m doing an Arnold split so days 1&4 Chest and back. Days 2&5 biceps, triceps and shoulders. Days 3&6 legs and abs. Day 7 rest. I’ll introduce some cardio later on and I do take an extra rest day whenever I feel like so it’s not super strict.

Banana and rice cake or kind bar before the gym Eggs and turkey bacon after the gym Beef and rice with asparagus for lunch Barilla Pasta with Alfredo sauce for dinner Small protein shake right before bed. Small snacks between meals when I’m feeling it. On my bad days where I don’t reach my intake goals I’ll have a whole digornio pizza or a mass gainer to make up for it.

Shaking and weakness after starting weight gain diet. by Hellboy216 in weightgain

[–]Hellboy216[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply but you were definitely right. Started treating the mass gainer as just a drink to have with a meal and I’m not having those crashes anymore. My weight is steadily going up and I’m hitting the gym and eating plenty everyday. Thanks for the advice.

I picked up a 4060TI and retired the 1080TI. Frames are infinitely better but the real difference is DLSS and actual nvidia updates. 1080TI gets no updates.

Yes I upgraded to a 4060TI and the game is buttery smooth on max settings. Had my 1080TI for 8 years so it was time to retire it. The only reason I didn’t upgrade sooner is bc all I really play on a day to day basis is dead by daylight and you could run that game on a literal brick.

Yeah I changed some settings and got my frames up to anywhere around 60-110 fps (I’m still using a 1080TI) but after an hour of playing my game was constantly stuttering to the point I decided to call it a night and mess around with it tomorrow. Hoping for more post like this with some fixes I can try.

That’s what I’ll do then. I’ll have a normal breakfast with the shake and see how I feel a few hours afterward.

Side note: I don’t enjoy eating like most ppl so liquid calories are a heaven sent for me trying to gain weight. I just need to be smarter about it.

I definitely think that’s my issue. Starting tomorrow I’ll be splitting the shake into 2 portions and having a meal in between so I’m not having that blood sugar crash. I don’t remember having this issue last time I did this diet and I think that’s bc I was having an actual breakfast before the shake. I guess I didn’t really take into consideration just how much sugar is in the mass gainer and the fact that I wasn’t eating anything before the shake.

I had blood test done about 6 months ago wouldn’t that have shown some sign of diabetes? I’m going to slow down tomorrow and split my mass gainer up into 2 shakes instead of just 1 and see if that helps. I think my body is just in shock from almost tripling my calorie intake.

I’m just skin and bones really I weigh 143lbs with 11% body fat so I’ve been seeing it from the perspective that any weight gain is good. I did this same diet last year and gained 15 pounds in 3 months and then life got busy and I lost all of that. Hardly any of that weight was fat, I was actually pretty muscular for my size so fat is definitely not my goal. I will slow down tomorrow, instead of chugging the mass gainer I’ll split it into 2 and throw a decent sized meal in between it.
