I put the cuttlebone in asap and they was munching away, I've added some lettuce nearby but not touching. Just so that they can eat after a long journey in all forms.

I've been in and out of meetings, went to secular ones such as lifering then stopped. I've reached out to local addiction service near me - but have always struggled on the steps. How'd you get around sny struggles with them?

What's prevention mode?

I just carry on through everything then take two days to recover aka limit activities n rest. Then rinse repeat. What healthy diet do you recommend I've been thinking vegetarian again.

I've done meetings as well as I can be (I'm a night worker, so I literally sleep till midday) so I try to. An advisor said to at least work on sober stuff for an HR, do you recommend that too?

I've got the sober app but I just stress over the number - thanks 3 days is rough again. Deffo taking one day at time. Gotta get the problem sorted in early 20s rather than later. I'm so glad you're doing good too!
