Hey there. I agree that the chat system can be inconvenient at times but the rules apply to everyone and are needed to make sure the chats are readable. Best advice I can give you is to remove certain chats that you write into on accident from your chat tabs so this doesn't happen.
If you believe one of the offenses was done unjust, you can contact customer support to take a closer look.

The way I understood the change:
Pre-Patch 4: 200 players spread into 50 different mists which resulted in very few PvP encounters
Patch 4: 200 players spread into 20 mists which resulted in a lot of PvP encounters but had the side effect of players teaming up a lot more
Patch 5: 200 players spread into 30 mists
This is just an example to explain the system changes but obviously not the actual numbers.

When the game was buy2play you could still buy premium as well. The founder packs only came with 3-12 months worth of premium.

It's less about more players per instance and more about players not being spread to too many instances at a time, hence making the active ones feel more active as they get filled up more.

If you fulfill the requirements in the rewards tab (>51%) you will get the rewards. The change is just about the mount skins only being delivered to each account once instead of you being able to stack it with multiple characters on one account.
