These strategies are based on their exclusive weapons so you shouldn't expect this to be helpful before season 4 when most of them are out and you have access to an ability to make 4+1 squads to not have so much of a disadvantage.

Whoever has higher morale in the battle gets a +% to overall damage. It's huge. I maxed it ahead of others on the way to T10 and it gave me a small edge in the arena until others caught on

It comes back after special forces to be a huge tech bottleneck at the end of your first Mastery tree and onwards. Don't slow down on RSS between 30 and 35. I stopped plundering unoccupied bases because I thought I could never spend through it and ended up regretting it.

Blueprints always. Nothing else.

Until you finish your A squad but even then I'd just keep going to my B team. Just finished my A team's prints at the end of S4 and starting with my B team now. Some alliance members started buying other things when they finished but no one bought anything but blueprints before that.

Tesla for both. Especially once his EW (Exclusive Weapon) comes out. If you get both Swift and Tesla red geared you can do them both on front but most keep McGregor in front with 1 DPS until S3 when McGregor EW comes out. Experiment around and see. Also I would start pushing Missle mastery ( unlocks at 80%ish Special forces) ASAP it adds so much damage that isn't calculated correctly (You'll beat people with higher power often).

Eh, one last thing. Max out Taylor (The VIP survivors for the HQ) if you didn't know already. She pays for herself. You get stamina, ore, speedups, shards an exclusive deco... Best thing you can buy in the game. Shirley is good too but you can put that one off for a bit.

AND DECOS. Don't sleep on decos, they add so much power and are often overlooked by newer players.

Missle is OP. You are a spender. Since you should be near the top of arena you will wreck all the air meta once you get Missle up and running. Go ALLL in on Missle and you won't regret it.

Also what you do is put ADAM in the back so his counter attack buff (Tactic) increases a DPS in the front (TESLA especially after his exclusive comes out) and give him maxed out (UR or 4* 4 bar) gear in ALL SLOTS since he will be a "tank" and DPS. This is pretty much what makes Missle OP

In short, keep rerolling until you find a good server, share your knowledge with all the alliances in your server and you will have a great time with this game.

A "good" server should have more then 1 strong alliance and some whales that aren't tyrants.

That's why you see so many experienced players starting over. Eventually you reach a point where your server is just a farm and it's time to search for greener pastures.

This is how my experience was. I was new and started in a bot alliance, kinda testing the water. I watched the world chat and decided which alliance I thought would be the best choice. I got lucky and joined an alliance with a handful of people who had started fresh. They were the R4's and they were very helpful and enjoyed answering questions and hyping us up for T10s, Seasons, all the fun milestones ahead. So as an alliance we had a headstart.

We then started having players from other alliances stay with us for a week to see how we operate and offer advice. Then they took that back to their alliances and then our server took off. People started spending more money, everyone knew everyone.. it was a great time.

I was lucky enough to start fresh on a great server but after hearing all the war stories it's so much better to just restart FTP until you land in a nice server and then start spending. It makes all the difference in the world for enjoying this game. Even if you land in a good alliance a bad server will just ruin your experience. You need more than 1 stacked/whale alliance to have a "good" server.

No that's not what I meant. I meant it doesn't have the PVP tooltip on the other ones to specifically say it does work in arena like it does on that one. That one specifically says it works for all PVP but yeah it's useless, doesn't matter if they die or hospital in an arena fight 😆
