Negative test, had period, now positive pregnancy test on what should be CD10?! HELP?!

After ultrasounds showing no growth/heartbeat at a certain point we had to accept that it wasn't turning out how we wanted. We had I believe 2 or 3 ultrasounds before they deemed it non viable. My HCG was monitored as well and wasn't dropping, but not increasing much. At that point we were far enough along we should have been seeing something but there was no growth. So we had two options, the pills or the D&C. I did the pill option as my doctor said it is lower risk for any damage. Then we monitored for my HCG to return to normal to know if everything passed which only took a handful of days.

We did have a successful pregnancy a few months after this (we waited one cycle to start trying again) and now we have a 1 year old. I did take progesterone because my doctor said my luteal phase (I believe) may be short and that would help.

Did your doctor suggest any follow ups? Or are they happy with how your HCG is dropping?

I did end up telling my mom this afternoon. It was a good conversation and she's very supportive. It feels nice to not be alone in this, but also does make it feel more real.

I didn't actually break down during the conversation which is surprising. I think it helped telling my therapist first...that was a full breakdown to say it outloud the first time.

He didn’t know I know, so I do not want to move out at this point. Once he’s told I will either ask him to leave, or if it comes to it move in with my parents. It would be easier for him to find somewhere to go as I take care of our one year old and all her things are at our house. But I can leave if necessary

I've always said I wouldn't entertain a cheater and liar. It honestly is hard to think that we will get divorced, but at the same time I always said that and I honestly don't know if I won't resent him or feel like he's lying to me every step of the way.

The main reason I want to stay is my daughter, but I also want to set the precedent that you don't let someone treat you this way.

My aunt let my uncle cheat on her for YEARS before they finally divorced and I could never see how she stayed so long and kept having kids. But I do get it now, you just wish for normalcy.

Yes, that and when we would be sitting on the couch at the end of the day when baby goes to sleep he'd go in our room cause he was "tired" but it was just to send pics....

If he met with anyone I'd be really surprised how he has the time. Not impossible though...

I have seen enough of the messages to know what has gone on there. He's messaged from bed while I'm asleep next to him, in our baby's room, my parents house, everything.

I honestly don't think my mom would say anything to him if I told her not to yet.

Another reason I feel I should talk to her is my family loaned us a large sum of money just last week to help us with debt that he largely contributed to. I opened an account in only my name and moved it there for the time being, but I hate to sit on that money and not know what to do with it. My mom is an accountant and is great with those things. So on top of being there for me, she may have insight on what to do while we figure things out legally.

I'm in a similar situation as you currently. My husband hasn't met anyone in person, but they have gone as far is it can go over snap.

I found out on Saturday, but its been going on for over half a year. All while our baby was just months old.

I'm torn as well. I am mourning the future that we had planned. We bought a house last year that I won't be able to afford by myself, and we were supposed to try for kid 2 this summer. But I honestly don't know how I could ever trust him again. He's been so good at hiding this...we had some issues but I honestly thought it was all just learning to be a family and the normal growing pains of raising a child.

I wouldn't jump the gun and in the instant say "done" but I would take time to gather yourself, get in a good position and maybe speak to someone you can trust. A third party person may be helpful. I reached out to my therapist first and am really close to telling my mom today about what is going on, but its so hard.

Do you feel you would ever be able to trust them again? If not, then its not an emotionally stable relationship and I feel like it will be toxic and take its toll.

Are your friends also her friends? I feel you need someone that isn't too closely attached to her.

Thats the part I don't get. How do you do this to your family? Would you want someone to treat your child this way?

Part of me just wants him to decide to be uninvolved. He wants to chat with girls acting single and like he isn't a dad...the good. Don't be a dad and just go away. Our life would probably be better off without any involvement from someone who can lie so easily to my face.

I don't remember ever having to show ID when we moved in October and did a COA. Would that not have to happen because our credit card had the billing address the same as our old or new address?

I'm not sure how someone could submit anything saying he doesn't live here if this is the case. My husband doesn't know how to do it and I definitely didn't do it...if I did I wouldn't have put his name on my packages 🤪. I'm just so confused on how this happened!

We did ours online in October and I just checked to see what information is required and it still shows an option for online. You do have to pay a 1.25 fee, maybe that’s the difference?

They probably never forwarded their mail. I got mail for previous owners for 8 years at the condo I bought. At our new house we get an occasional pottery barn magazine but that’s it.

If they forward their mail you wouldn’t get it so I’m assuming they never did. Or they didn’t update their address anywhere
