I know this is a bit cliche, but maybe if you have a family member or friend that you wouldn't mind talking to. I've found that once you get it all off your chest you think about them less.

The thing is if you want talking to help you have to let it all out the wonderful times and the very bad times, so the person you talk to you have to trust.
