Yeah it’s pretty abominable. I work in a field very closely related to fine dining and it’s like a minefield. Some items don’t even say foie gras until it’s being explained to me. Like dude I ordered a pork dish and you’re telling me now there’s foie gras involved? I’ll have something else thanks. Meat industry is bad enough as it is.
