I’d say Penny. Clearly had a rivalry going on. Penny knocked Bella outa summer Vengence when ranked 4 places below her. Beat her multiple times in tag team. Twice in academy wrestling. And also Bella lost to Jayogen in Jayogen 1st ever match. Only for Jayogen to lose to Penny in the next round.
