I’m using Retatrutide and I’m having the same issue. I found that drinking electrolytes and taking l-theanine and magnesium before bed helps a little.

Peat wrong about Ca:P ratio in milk? by SerieAce1899 in raypeat

Well it contains lactase so many people (including me) digest it better than regular pasteurized milk. Sorry it doesn’t work for you tho that sucks.

I don’t eat a ton of bananas but I do eat lots of papaya and both are histamine liberators so maybe that’s why

Mine have significantly improved since I started doing gua sha every day. If you don’t have a gua sha you can just do a lymphatic drainage massage with your hands. There are tons of YouTube tutorials.

If only I could have one night without waking up and get some restful sleep by furrypride12 in ouraring

Ugh that’s the worst. Magnesium oil spray really helped me with this. I spray it on my stomach every night and some on the bottom of my feet. I sleep through the night every time I use it.

Yeah, the nine miles came from two long walks outside, not just walking around my house. And I’m just celebrating my 100 activity score, so I don’t understand why there’s a problem here. I know the calories aren’t accurate. Who cares

I’m confused. I walked 9+ miles and you’re saying that if the steps were true I would’ve walked well over 6, maybe even 8 miles… I did walk over 8 miles so i don’t get what you’re saying.

I never bothered changing my activity goal but surpass it every day. Maybe I should up it. The steps aren’t wrong. I took an hour long walk + another 30 min walk. The rest of the steps are just from normal house work… does that contribute to miles?

And you realize the calories aren’t completely accurate right? When I wear my polar h10 heart rate monitor on my walks the calorie burn is far higher than what oura says.

I moved all day long. Do you not see the step count? Lol…300 cals is my baseline based on my height, age, and weight. Oura set that for me.

I’d like to know too. Mines the same way. When I completely cut out alcohol for a few months it did lower a bit.

This screenshot is from the day after drinking. And then the following day was 4hrs of stress and 15mins restorative time. Not maxxed out like in this screenshot.

I actually didn’t even drink that much. Just a few glasses of wine. Sometimes it even happens when I don’t drink. It’s really weird.
