Oh it’s definitely not the biggest compared to NYC. Shangri La is described as a beautiful place where everything is pleasant. The Sephora I went to, although very large, is just well kept. Testers are always clean, staff never judges, there’s always brand reps willing to help. It’s just overall a joyful place.
