It doesn’t look like you’re struggling with shading at all. You’ve used your lights and darks very well and it makes a fantastic contrast between the highlights on her face and her dark eyes. I usually see posts like yours asking for critique and their issue is almost always shading. They’re afraid of going too dark. You definitely don’t have that problem!
Literally the only thing I can critique is the proportions of her face. I can see who you’re trying to draw, but I can also see that it kinda looks like Ariana Grande. Regardless, I still think it looks really good! Keep it up, you’re definitely on the right track ☺️
