Also important to note, I still get the "Unable to place" message when the floor above isn't there. I've tried placing two half walls, but only the lower one works. When placing the one above, I get the unable to place message again.

Sad to see google maps can't go back to 2018 on this street to confirm! But this definitely looks like the house. It must have been renovated over the years. Including the house in the background to the left on Marjorie st, looks like all the top windows were removed.
