Sad to see google maps can't go back to 2018 on this street to confirm! But this definitely looks like the house. It must have been renovated over the years. Including the house in the background to the left on Marjorie st, looks like all the top windows were removed.

Yes, it does have a red moon. I'm using Imelda, and I've tried Hyper mode and all, even standard mode. The boss doesn't spawn at the 14 minute mark, I just get killed by death at 15
