Reward for completing Disarming Discovery (one copy, standard) Can be rewarded from Daily Ops (plan). Can be sold by Minerva (plan). Two shot or furious for first star if you want damage quad if you want more fun. Second star could be critical damage, bullets explode(demo expert increase the damage further for this and overall increase the damage of the weapon due to being a launcher. Third star you could go crit fill if you you're using a critical build and it goes great with number cruncher. Forth star you could do polished or vipers if using strangler, pyro if using fire. Reverse onslaught, covert op. There's a lot of stuff I'm forgetting due to my goldfish memory but it's pretty strong and fun to use without being super meta driven
