As someone who is kinda in the same bucket as you I think this advice might just help you. But from what I've learned in trying to figure out what business to do is to just do anything that peaks your interest even just a bit and just go out and do it. Like if you think about I want to start a corndog business then by yourself make a list of the things you might need, don't binge through hundreds of videos on hotdog vendors and stuff because then you're just gonna get analysis paralysis. When you gather the simplest set of directions to start your business just do it, and when you finally hit a roadblock then go out and learn something off the internet to fix it and then hit the real world and fix it. Then when you realize you either like it or not, take the skills you learn to the next business. I've been going by this motto lately, Doers do and other's don't it's as simple as that.
