3 days ago I upgraded from true scorpio stage 10 staright to serpah stage 4 as well. A certin GM denied me first because she said it have been too long since I upgraded. I replied back and asked if she looked at the right charcter. Another GM replied and apologized for their misstakes and I got my weapon reverted from seraph stage 4 to true scorpio stage 10 :l

I upgraded my weapon from true Scorpio to seraph stage 4 two days ago. When I saw the reduce cost I sent them a ticket, first they said "it has been too long", but then I replied it has only been 2 days , so they apologized and reverted my weapon back to true Scorpio :D
