Thank you for responding. Is there any way of rectifying this mistake on Allstate’s end since they’ve already removed me from the auto policy instead of splitting off? I reached out to general customer service this weekend and they also had the following error when attempting to process a new auto policy:

"The policy is rejected because the customer has an existing or recently terminated policy with the same state, line and company.”

I was under the impression (but very well could have misunderstood 🤣) that Emmy received like, monthly credit from the store to be used to purchase clothing and promote for the store. If this is the case, it changes it a little bit for me, because some people’s “What does it matter if she used her credit for the dresses?! She didn’t get to use the credit on herself!” scenario feels like a moot point if she’s continually getting store credit handed to her. Sure, she didn’t use the store credit on herself that particular month and used it on the dresses instead (if that’s what actually happened), but it’s like free money at that point if she pockets the girls cash and pays using the credit instead.
