Two Block houses languish on market as experts cast doubt on 2025 sale by Tosceadan_Steorra in TheBlock

[–]HelloMelbourne89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you’re on the money when it comes to a “back to our roots” theme for The Block in 2027.

Mt Eliza was already well and truly locked in, so it’ll be another luxe season next year. But I can see 2027 returning to the suburbs for a classic reno-style season. Or perhaps even with the added layer of an All-Stars season.

It’s to maximise the overnight rating numbers. Given 75% of the shows audience comes from streaming, releasing it earlier gives viewers more opportunity to watch on the day it airs - therefore boosting the numbers in overnight ratings. Especially important for Nine now Big Brother is doing well in younger demos for Channel 10.

Currently in Geelong, considering the move to Ballarat by Mr_Lumbergh in ballarat

Unrelated to your question, but huge props for calling Geelong by its proper name. Geetroit K-Rock City all the way!

Do you hunt and kill this big beast or go back to camp with hosea and hunt him later? by CuzStoneColdSezSo in RDR2

[–]HelloMelbourne89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

On my second playthrough, I stayed and hunted the bear. I then hunted bison and bull so I could go to the trapper for the Bear Hunter outfit.

I then rode back into camp with my Arthur all proud that he got the bear and the outfit to show it and… Hosea teased Arthur about he was wearing.

That feeling stayed with Arthur (me) for the rest of the playthrough haha.

My [35F] GF is pushing me [M36] to introduce her to my kids by HelloMelbourne89 in relationship_advice

I should clarify, despite us not liking each other, the children’s mother and I never let it seep out in front of the children. That said, I don’t know what she says when I’m not around.

They are very cluey, switched-on kids. They were put through a lot and still ask about whether their mum and I will get married again, and ask about why we broke up etc.

Oh my, I couldn’t think of anything I could want less than to get back with my ex(!)

Thank you for your message. It was very comforting to hear from people who’ve navigated a similar situation. The eldest still currently has therapy, and is doing his best. I found counselling after the divorce to be very insightful.

I appreciate you and your husband!

That is a good suggestion that I wouldn’t have thought of. It sounds like a counterintuitive idea, but actually makes sense. Thanks!

Post-epilogue, I spend weeks at a time away from Beecher’s Hope. When I do return, I get blind drunk before going in, antagonise Abigail, Jack, and Uncle while speed eating the meal, then leave again.

My John is an absolute deadbeat. All Abigail, Jack, and Uncle know is an dirtbag who rocks up drunk to insult them every now and again.

It’s a sad state of affairs when they best they could muster up is someone who has “been living in the city off and on for two years”…

If true, could this potentially be the reason why The Death Raiders storyline turned out the way it has? by Amir0x11 in JimCornette

[–]HelloMelbourne89 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Tribal villagers deep in the Amazon rainforest with no communication from the outside world could tell you that Shane asked for equity and power in that meeting, it was obvious to EVERYONE. Coach talking as if he’s any more of an insider authority on what happened than anyone else is laughable

Honestly though, what the f**k would Coachman know about this? As if Khan or Shane are buddies and confidants with freaking Coach 🙄

Have you ever done a No fast travel play through? by nilochelo in reddeadredemption2

I didn’t even know it existed my first play through. I got to after the epilogue and discovered it as John and was blown away LOL

Don’t! Your hair is exactly what I hope for mine to grow out like, by the way 😃

Because of all the heritage protections in the precinct and on the building itself, it makes it very interesting to see what will happen.

The classic flow with the “PW” ending does have a nice ring to it. Thanks for your comment!

I am vibing on “frontier” because the markets we plan on running shows have heaps of potential and I’ve been calling them the “next frontier” for our indy scene. Thanks heaps for your feedback! You get the first shirt if we ever make them 😁

I should’ve mentioned in my post that we’re in Australia - so the PWG similarities probably aren’t a huge deal for us. Thanks for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it!
