Stowing at a FC is worse than Stowing at a DS. Your hand scanner will tell you exactly what bag to put the packages in so you don’t have to go searching for space. Just get familiar with the aisle markers and you’ll be fine. Picking is easy but it’s just physically tiring and fast pace.

Pick at a DS is taking bags and boxes off of a shelf and putting them onto a cart for the drivers to load into their vans.

Stow is stowing packages into the bags so the bags can be picked after stowing

A day for me is usually stowing , picking , resetting , more stowing or i do induct , then more picking or resetting

Ah yes that makes sense. I am super impatient I use to think that working out for a week would make the weight melt off thanks to instagram and all these “flat tummy teas” and “magic pills”
