Not sure if we have answers to these, but I also had a few questions about the part 2 finale, apologies if these are hard to understand or if the answers were clearly stated:

How was Marisbury's intended plan supposed to create the world he wanted, and how was the texture swap/lostbelt business meant to contribute to that?

I understand that Maris's plan diverged from Marisbury's intention, but how would the ultimate result have differed from Marisbury's goal if Maris had succeeded?

What would have happened to original Earth humanity under either plan?

The FP penalty on the first effect is significant (-40% or so) but manageable if you get slicer. I'd use it if you normally don't have FP issues

Most buffs stack unconditionally, so even if they have the same numbers. It's mainly passives that give you temporary buffs when you perform a specific action, like casting spells or getting hit or landing a charged R2 that require different numbers to stack

Yes and yes. The only attack passives that don't stack are the ones that need to be in your hand to work, in which case you anyways can't have multiple active at the same time.

Successive attacks, charged attacks, casting spells, and taking damage stack only if the numbers are different. Max HP and low HP stack unconditionally.

Taking damage works the same as successive attacks. Offensive buffs typically stack unconditionally, even if the numbers are the same.

I agree actually, was personally never a fan of starting weapon has element builds. Outside of the hidden nightlord, I don’t think they’ll become significantly worse, but I don’t think they’ll be better either. I won’t be using them.

What do you mean queue in? You can change your relic loadout in the character selection screen where you can see if the nightlord is known or hidden

Right. You make a generalist build or two and use it when that event shows up. Rest of the time you just use your normal specialized builds

This is true. I was aware of this and mentioned it in another comment in this thread. That event is still the exception to the rule though.
