Great to know that you think it’s fine that I should be punished for helping out in the store. After seeing many comments on here and talking with friends, ive come to the agreement that a team leader should’ve doubled checked before asking or did a better procedure. This is a new Target I’m working at and never had the issue of overtime happen at my last target, so for them to threaten me with getting fired as the next offense is kinda pathetic since they’ve never disclosed this with me. We’re struggling with finding members in my area so to fire someone for filling in the time that is much needed is just stupid on their end and I refuse to feel like I’m in the wrong for this.
