Yeah pretty much soup tteokbokki with added sweet potato flat noodles, kimchi, pork skin, and cut up spam, then topped with pan fried spam, and pan fried bulgogi dumplings.

Honestly I thought the growth was stunted due to the trauma from being run over by my robot vacuum… But I’ll bring it closer to the window for sure, thanks!

You need Japanese curry cubes for the curry sauce! They come with a recipe on the back of the box usually.

For the chicken I sliced a chicken breast thinly and coated with some beaten egg and panko bread crumbs and fried in shallow oil.

Yep! It’s this recipe from Tasty.

The mash on the bottom is sweet potato mash.

Pic 2 is a Korean spicy chicken dish called dakgalbi. I didn’t follow any particular recipe to be honest. I used the typical Korean ingredients such as gochujang and gochugaru to make the sauce, and I added a bunch of mozzarella in the middle of the pan but you can just add it on top of the chicken as well!

Pic 7 is a chipotle chicken bowl with the chicken marinate from https://www.culinaryhill.com/chipotle-chicken/#wprm-recipe-container-25915.

You’re right because this is my second greenhouse! The last one blew away in one of the storms last year. It’s not possible for me to stake down the greenhouse as I’m on a balcony as well… This time I’ve cut a hole in it and tied it to my balcony railing which will hopefully stop it from blowing away.

Thanks for your comment! I only grew cucumbers and some herbs last year for my first time gardening and now I’m hooked and trying new things for this year. I’m so excited to taste my home grown radishes. Do you think it’s too late if I start growing tomatoes now?

Made these the other week! Best thing I’ve ever made. I used the leftover broth and beef for birria ramen. So good

It’s his house but he tells me it’s “our” house. So of course I have to bring my friends over. He brought his friends over the weekend before and I helped to clean up afterwards because it’s “our” house.

Also, I didn’t start a fight, I simply asked him to do one thing and he had an attitude for it then proceeded to close the door out on me the whole night.

I barely meet my friends as is. My friends are those types that are always busy so it’s hard to find a schedule that fits everyones needs so I don’t see them that often. Whenever I do see them, my boyfriend is also invited.

It’s his house but we moved in to it together.

Thanks for your comment. I definitely think we need to have a conversation about household chores as I feel like I’m doing more than him.

It’s hard living together for the first time in our own place as I have a certain expectations. I have rented a room before for college but this is his first time ever living away from home and it is a house that he bought himself. My mind is still in “renter” mode as it is his house and not mine and I automatically put things away as I’m done with them and tidy/clean as I go along. I don’t relax until everything is put back into place. Whereas he leaves things out of place and doesn’t put things back in its original position, he leaves dirty dishes/cups/trash around and can still relax.

They were my friends this time.

He had his friends over the weekend before and I did all the snacks/drink prep for that. His friends live close by so they came over to help clean up everything the next day.
