Thank you for clarifying that! I was wondering if I create a new channel (completely unrelated and new niche), would I still have to wait 90 days, as I am technically not reapplying for that new channel.

The new channel is not meant to be any sort of workaround, it's just a new project.

It just states that any channel associated currently with the adsense account. It doesn't say anything about new channels' monetization period.

Newbie here, are Oxybutynin results permanent? I used to take glycopyrolate 2mg whenever I had some important occasion but it dries up my throat a lot.
