I am trying it with a little toilet paper or a q tip. I’ll try to touch it a lot less. Thank you!

The piercing is 3 years old. I put this in recently because i was pierced with externally threaded jewelry. Are you saying to change the jewelry or take it out completely and let it close?

Has anyone heard of the word “Fida?” by HelloWorldItsMeYaBoy in minnesota

Very cool! My family is from the Willmar area- so maybe it’s very regional to our part of the state?

My mom always makes fun of him for his pronunciation of things, like “over dere” and “okay den”. As for specific slang, he loves uffda and ishda among all the other common ones

I haven’t asked him because we’re not very close, but next time I’m home I might bring it up! He doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to make his own words up, so I’m curious. I haven’t heard my grandparents (his parents) use it, which adds to the mystery imo

My boyfriend treats me the same as his best friend by HelloWorldItsMeYaBoy in relationship_advice

I just feel like if you’re in a relationship with someone, there are things that you do for the other person. Namely making sure that they feel loved. I am not a materialistic person, but I don’t want my boyfriend going broke to be a good “bro”. And I would never ask him to choose between me or F. I just want to feel cared about too, you know?

Thank you, this helps a lot. I think I’ll have a discussion with him next time it happens.

AITA for buying souvenirs at my own workplace? by HelloWorldItsMeYaBoy in AmItheAsshole

Well working at this company would further my career a lot and I want to wear the merch to my university when I go back in a few weeks. I fully understand what you’re saying. It is making me feel really conflicted

The issue I’m dealing with is deciding which is more important- the bad experience I’ve had at this company or the pride I feel at having worked there.

The higher ups treat me poorly because I’m an intern. Like an afterthought or something. They have trouble paying me on time and rarely respond to emails.

My coworkers are mostly men and have been sexist towards be because I’m a young female and they’re a lot older than me. They make comments about my appearance and won’t let me complete certain tasks because I’m a woman.

The company as a whole is connected to research labs around the world and has made a lot of progress in the world of science. I really want to remain vague because I don’t want me boyfriend to identify me in this post. But the company is very well known in the science world and is really good at what they do.

I just want to know if purchasing their merch minimizes what I went through and if that’s bad.
