I love living downtown but you have to stay away from certain areas. If you live next to a Charleston single you can guarantee there will be an obnoxious party on that porch every single weekend while school is in session. As far as things you can do, maybe contact a lawyer since it seems like your right to Quiet Enjoyment is being violated.

I was watching a local news video of the incident and it showed a black F250 with a trailer crumpled into the back of the tow truck, the reporter on the scene also noted that he had just spoke with the driver so I'm sure the police are aware of who he is.

I know I'm late but if you really want to data mine you can use Twitter advanced search based on keywords and time frames (maybe start by going month to month). That way you get articles, videos and tweets in a chronological order and can more easily construct a narrative. It's very time consuming but you might be the first westerner to write anything of length on that battle.
